What is your cancellation policy?

You have the ability to have “rain” insurance. This is an extra cost to your rental. If you do not purchase rain insurance, your rental is non-refundable. No exceptions.

Do you require a booking fee?

Yes, we require a booking fee. The booking fee is 50% of your total cost of your bill which will be applied to your final cost. It is non-refundable. You are also responsible to pay the rest of the amount seven days prior to your Pocono Picnic event.

Do you offer food and drinks?

No, we currently do not offer food or drinks, however, we have partnerships with local business who specialize in charcuterie boards, small bites, bake goods, and so much more! Ask us about your options around the area. We are happy to help!

Can you customize our mini picnic event?

Yes! In fact, we want your experience to be very special. You can even have the option to include add-ons located on our page, Packages and Add-Ons.

I am from out of town. What do you mean by locations?

We can absolutely help recommend having your special Pocono Picnic event at preferred locations around the Poconos.
